A human being, with the knowledge and authority to satisfy your needs will pick up your call promptly during working hours.

We strive to bring back the personal service that people should expect when they make purchases. This means no annoying automated phone system or lengthy waiting just to have a question answered.

All email inquiries will be replied within a working day (Usually much earlier).



Maintenance Support

We believe all guitars have to be periodically maintained for it to perform at its best. You are entitled to the following when you purchase from BGW.

• Setups to your preference
• Unlimited dehumidifying sessions for your acoustic guitars
• 3 day ToneRite treatment for your acoustic guitars



1-Year Full Warranty

Unlike most companies providing limited warranties, BGW provides a FULL manufacturer’s warranty. This means that free replacements will be provided for all product parts if required due to manufacturing defects.

After the first year, do also come back to us for any fixes as we are committed to working with you for a lifetime.

Most minor fixes will be completed at no charge subsequently and only a token fee will be charged for complicated fixes. Original replacement parts, if required, will be provided at cost (we get these cheap) as we do not seek to profit from repairs.



Above all, we will bend over backwards to fulfill any resonable request to make your experience with us a positive and memorable one.
